Check-in process was seamless. Staff at reception were friendly and professional, making us feel welcome right away. the pool area was a hit with my kids, providing endless entertainment and relaxation during our stay.

As a light sleeper, I loved the comfy rooms and quiet ambiance. Enjoyed the fresh juice at breakfast and friendly staff.

While the breakfast IRD order fell short and room issues arose, including malfunctioning aircons and a mix-up with bed arrangements, the buffet impressed with its diverse selection and the omelette was enjoyable. Despite the disappointment of the closed infinity pool, the hotel's gesture of free breakfasts helped mitigate the inconvenience. The spacious and clean room, along with the luxurious rain shower, offered a comfortable stay overall.

i had a delightful stay at the stanley hotel & suites with its fantastic buffet offering a range of fresh fruits and vegetables. the bottomless coffee was a great deal, and i enjoyed a nice omelette despite the grumpy chef. it was convenient having vision city mall nearby, along with a 24-hour convenience store within the hotel. the top-floor view and awesome pool made my stay enjoyable, and i look forward to returning in the future. overall, the hotel's cleanliness, elegant look, and excellent facilities deserve a 5-star rating.

The hotel's decoration was so elegant, with beautiful furniture and lovely artwork adorning the walls. the general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for seniors to navigate around. Accessibility for senior people was excellent, with clearly marked signs and ramps for those needing assistance.

Early check-in experience could have been handled better. We had to wait in the lobby until our room was ready after arriving early in the morning from a long international flight.

The staff are not only AMAZING, they're like superheroes saving the day with their friendliness and helpfulness! the food is like a party in my mouth, especially those bakery treats and salads - yum! the breakfast was a dream, especially that health fresh juice! the pool is the ultimate fun zone, my kids can't get enough of it! And can we talk about the prime location? Connected to a shopping mall, with a pool bar and a gym - talk about a perfect staycation!

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

The room was spacious enough for my partner and me to enjoy our romantic escape properly. the pool was refreshing and clean, with lounge chairs available to relax. the gym equipment was in good condition and easy to access.

It took us ages to figure out how to use it properly, and even then, the water temperature kept fluctuating. there were no instructions on how to operate it.

Luxury and Convenience at its Best This hotel is a luxurious haven that fulfilled my exclusive amenities needs. the Spa & Wellness Centre, Infinity Pool, and Sun Terrace were all excellent. the service from the staff was outstanding and the Special Diet Menus surpassed my expectations. the room was spacious and well-designed with a beautiful view. the Restaurant and Bar had an exquisite ambiance, perfect for a romantic dinner.

Minor Issue with Location Despite all the great aspects, the only downside is the location. Although it was convenient with a Shopping Mall attached, the area is quite busy and noisy.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the poolside views were preferred. Helpful guards and attentive front desk reception made check-in smooth. Housekeeping staff were great and room service had delicious food. Access to the Executive Lounge was a bonus. Amenities were fantastic and most staff were friendly and helpful.
