We had an amazing stay here. The location was perfect, on two very central tram routes just on the outskirts of the city. The hotel was very clean and had all the amenities we needed, including an indoor swimming pool and spa centre. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even providing a welcome drink on arrival. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food served in the restaurant. The room itself was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee facilities.

Highly recommended to families.

As backpackers, we loved the friendly and welcoming staff at the AC Hotel in Krakow. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities like a hairdryer, coffee machine, and mini-bar. It was cleaned daily to a high standard. The hotel also offered free coffee for guests throughout the day, which was a nice touch. The highlight for us was the jacuzzi and heated pool, complete with complimentary towels. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and the drinks at the lobby bar were of a high standard. The convenient location, close to a tram stop and surrounded by a peaceful park, made our stay even more enjoyable. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely consider staying at Marriott hotels in other cities.

The room itself was sensational, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area. The flat-screen TV and free toiletries were a nice touch as well.

The hotel was amazing! the decor was modern and clean, and I loved how spacious and comfortable the rooms were. Plus, the restaurant had some delicious dishes and fantastic desserts. Two thumbs up for the free coffee and the excellent complementary facilities like the big pool, sauna and huge gym. the hotel was also in a great location - with a huge park right in front - and the tram stop was nearby, making it easy to get into town.

The service at the hotel was a bit slow. Sometimes the waiters seemed to be hard to find, which made ordering food and drinks take a bit too long.

The bed at Ac Hotel By Marriott was a bit too soft for my liking, but the spacious and nice room made up for it. The spa, although small, was very nice and the breakfast had lots of different options. I enjoyed the modern decor and the energy-saving initiatives in the hotel. The lobby was also impressive with board games to borrow and complimentary coffee.

The hotel is located a bit away from the main square, but it is easily accessible by tram. The spacious rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast offers a wide variety of food choices. The well equipped kids' area is perfect for families.

The hotel does not offer lunch boxes for day trips and there are no nearby shops to buy lunch items.
