livia garden hotel in selcuk was even better than our last stay! the staff were superb, making us feel at home. the location was convenient, with easy access to the town and attractions. the breakfast was outstanding, with delicious turkish food. highly recommended!

This hotel exceeded all expectations with its incredible owner and unique features. The owner was a friendly, sweet Turkish man who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The no fixed checkout time was mind-blowing, and even more unbelievable was that if we didn't enjoy our stay, the owner didn't charge us! The immaculate housekeeping and upkeep of the place was jaw-dropping, with perfect paint jobs and no dirty spots. The owner was warm, welcoming, and accommodating, especially to our dietary needs as vegetarians. He even extended breakfast hours for us with a big smile. The hotel staff were lovely, the garden was delightful, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel went out of their way to provide information on the best times to visit Ephesus. This warm welcome and fantastic service made us wish we had stayed longer in this wonderful hotel. Melting pot of amenities!

I had the most perfect stay at this hidden gem in Selcuk. the owner, Adam, was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel like old friends. the hotel is beautifully furnished with cozy and stylish touches. the breakfast, prepared with love and local homemade products, was simply extraordinary. Sitting by the pool, enjoying the delicious spread, was a highlight of the stay. Adam went above and beyond, accommodating our vegetarian diet and extending breakfast hours with a big smile. It's a place that exudes warmth and hospitality, and I hope to return one day!

Great location in the heart of the city. Within walking distance to major attractions. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast by the pool.

The noise from the street and neighboring houses disturbed our sleep. We could hear people talking loudly, dogs barking, and even some strange animal scratching at the door in the middle of the night.

Just the right size and perfectly positioned to see the sights. the garden by the pool was a lovely place to relax in the afternoon. the Turkish breakfast was delicious too! Erdem, the manager, was extremely helpful in providing advice and organizing transfers. We couldn't fault this hotel in any way.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Selcuk and had such a fantastic experience. The location was amazing, just a short distance from Ephesus and other historical landmarks. Plus, there were plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with anything we needed. One specific highlight was when they arranged a trip to Ephesus for us, making our visit even more memorable. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, like the small room size and lack of a safety box, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
