I had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, situated right in the center, just a stone's throw away from the famous Krupówki street. I loved being able to explore the city's main attractions and shops within minutes of stepping out of the hotel. The service here was exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even made special arrangements to accommodate my needs. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. I especially enjoyed the terrace, where I could relax and take in the bustling atmosphere below.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to families and any traveler looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Location is fantastic! It's close to the main street, but not too noisy. We had a great view from the room! Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. the decorations in the room were beautiful, old fashion meets modern style. the staff were kind and friendly. Kids would love the quiet hours from 10pm-7am.

Waiters forgot our drink and food orders, and we had to keep reminding them. the pizza was cold and the meals at the other restaurant were overcomplicated.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center, just by the famous Krupówki street, making it easy to explore the downtown area. The rooms are spacious and offer amazing views. The breakfast is nice, with beautifully prepared starters of cereals, fruits, croissants, and pastries. The staff is helpful and friendly, always ready to assist.

The service in the kitchen could be improved, as some staff members seemed less appreciative and lacked a smile on their faces on certain days.
