We arrived at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the stylish interior. The receptionist warmly greeted us and quickly checked us in, offering helpful information about the city. Our room on the first floor was well-equipped with clean towels, shower gel, and even a hairdryer. The tea, coffee, and mini bar in the room were a great bonus, especially considering the affordable prices. Despite the slight discomfort of the bed, we still had a pleasant stay. With tram stops nearby and the main square just a 5-minute walk away, the hotel's location was perfect. I highly recommend this lovely hotel for a memorable stay in Krakow.

The location is excellent, just a short 7-minute walk to the old town. Easy communication with staff and check-in process. Elevator available in the building. Room had comfortable beds, a fridge, TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. Balcony with chairs, protected from pigeons. AC and amenities like a kettle and coffee machine provided. Good breakfast with a variety of options. Helpful reception staff.

Stayed for xmas, and it was overall a good choice. Convenient location walking distance to city center and spacious room with quality amenities; the mini bar and good coffee were handy. Staff was friendly and helpful with local recommendations.

The walls were thin and the noise level from parties around us was too loud in the middle of the night. the lifts were not completely accessible and there was a lack of proper communication with the staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the value for money was incredible - I couldn't believe how affordable it was for such a great experience. Secondly, the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main square and close to a shop that stayed open late. The staff were also very friendly and attentive, always there to help with any requests. Lastly, the breakfast had a wide variety of healthy options to choose from, which was a pleasant surprise.

We had a great stay at a conveniently located hotel just a short walk from the old town. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a mini fridge and a TV. The balcony was clean and provided a great spot for smoking. The staff were friendly and check-in was easy. a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
