The location of the hotel was ideal, right in the center of the town. We were able to easily explore Zakopane and visit different slopes for skiing. The Halka restaurant, located within the hotel, provided us with delicious meals and had a closing time of 10pm. The room we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff members. The breakfast served at the hotel was of high quality with a wide selection of foods. We also enjoyed the facilities at the spa, including the pool, jacuzzi, and saunas. our stay at the hotel was memorable and enjoyable.

The towels in the rooms were of poor quality. There were some issues with housekeeping, as the bathrooms often ran out of toilet paper and hand soap.
