The lobby area had a rustic charm with modern decor that caught my eye. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with plenty of options to choose from. Conveniently located, we were able to walk almost everywhere. Another highlight was the comfortable beds that provided us with a good night’s rest.

The spa area was a bit small for the size of the hotel. we found that there weren't enough loungers around the pool area, which made it a bit difficult to relax.

The customer service was excellent, with friendly and polite staff. The beautiful wooden interior design created a cozy atmosphere. The food, including the breakfast, was very good, and the room service and reception were amazing. The hotel staff also provided helpful advice on activities and places to visit. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel boasts breathtaking interior design and a perfect location just a short walk from the town centre. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with luxurious amenities like a Spa & Wellness centre that offers various treatments and a relaxing atmosphere. You can indulge in an excellent massage or facial, and enjoy the Sauna and Steam room facilities.

The staff at the reception can be a hit and miss. While some employees are delightful and accommodating, others can be rude and unhelpful.

The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is close to the centre of Zakopane. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist street. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom. The service provided by the staff is incredible, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel boasts a beautiful lobby in the traditional Goralskie style.

One slight drawback is the limited selection of TV channels, with no access to foreign channels such as BBC or CNN for daily news updates.

The restaurant offered a delightful ambiance for breakfast, with a wide variety of delicious food options to choose from.
