I had a fantastic four-night stay at a conveniently located hotel, just a short distance from the main market square. The rooms were clean, albeit a bit small, but it wasn't a big issue. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and spoke good English. The highlight of my stay was the impressive breakfast buffet that kept me full all day. I was positively surprised by my experience at this hotel. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Our stay at the hotel was perfect for a short break in the city. It was close to all the main attractions, such as the Old Town, Main Square, Castle, and the Jewish Quarter. Despite being in a quiet residential area, we were just a short walk away from everything we wanted to see and do. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with clean and well-maintained decor. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast selection was delightful, especially the cold continental options. it was a great place to stay and explore the city.

The lack of Xmas decorations during our stay, which would have added to the festive atmosphere.

Lack of a proper bar area, as the bar is located in the dining area. Early closing time for the restaurant and bar , limiting options for a nightcap after a busy day.

the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room, and being able to regulate the temperature. the breakfasts offered a great selection of hot and cold options, and the dining room was pleasant. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. the location was perfect - just outside the old town and within walking distance to Kazimierz. I would highly recommend Hotel Batory to others, and I would definitely book it again.

The area around the hotel was a bit run down and didn't feel very safe at night. the room was quite noisy as it faced a busy street and the soundproofing was poor.

The location, in a quiet residential area on the other side of the railway tracks, is ideal for those who prefer a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The rooms are well-appointed with modern bathrooms and all-natural fabrics, adding a touch of luxury. The breakfast spread is impressive, offering a variety of cold and hot food items to suit all tastes.
