The hotel was in a key location, just a short walk from the main square. It was also close to a park, which was nice for a leisurely stroll. the rooms were clean and comfortable, allowing for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the staff were helpful and accommodating, making our Christmas experience enjoyable.

One downside was the size of the rooms, which were a bit small. However, upon upgrading, we were able to enjoy a little more space.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Krakow. the taxi driver from Best Western Plus was incredibly friendly and made our pick-up and drop-off at the airport seamless. All the staff at the hotel were helpful and welcoming. To top it off, they surprised us with wine, chocolate cake, and a card for our anniversary, which was a lovely touch. the hotel itself was impeccably clean and had a pleasant scent throughout. Our room was modern and spacious, and the location couldn't have been better. It was just a 5-minute walk from the main square and close to everything we wanted to visit. the breakfast offered a good variety of options to start our day.

The room was quite small, even for European standards. the radiator couldn't be turned off, making the room uncomfortable despite warm weather.
