The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The location in Old Town was perfect, with stunning views at night, and the staff were incredibly supportive and accommodating.

I arrived late and was pleasantly surprised when the owner of Black Swan House, Old Town Aparthotel greeted me with a smile and helped me with directions, even though he was in the middle of a family meal. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, providing a quiet and comfortable night's sleep. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything in Gdańsk. The value for money was exceptional. I highly recommend Black Swan House, Old Town Aparthotel for its superb accommodation and helpful staff.

The rooms are well-decorated and comfortable, with spacious showers and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing fast and efficient check-in and check-out processes. Guests also appreciate the pleasant smell throughout the hotel.

There was no trash can in the room, which was a minor inconvenience.
