We had a fantastic weekend stay at La Peyrade in Cajarc. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the town and nearby attractions on foot or by bike. The local restaurant, La Pause, was a great alternative to the hotel's closed restaurant and offered excellent value. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even going so far as to check on us at the local pizzeria when our original dinner plans fell through. We truly appreciated their thoughtfulness, especially as we were walking the GR65. It was one of our most memorable stays in rural France.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The accommodation had the most amazing personal touches like the sun shade sails and deck chairs outside the apartment. The setting was super quiet with a jaw-dropping view of the charming village. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. We decided to have the set evening meal which was completely home cooked and delicious. I would totally recommend this hotel. The spacious rooms were perfect, and the focus on energy conservation and recycling was impressive. The broad range of services offered, including the bar/lounge area, restaurant, coffee shop, and seasonal outdoor pool. The plunge pool and heated swimming pool were a dream, and the solarium was the ultimate spot for relaxation. The spa lounge was out of this world, and we loved watching the flat-screen TV in our room. The billiard tables provided endless entertainment, and the proximity to hiking, cycling, canoeing, fishing. The sun loungers were so comfortable, and the children's menu and amenities like the baby pushchair, playpen, and cots made traveling with little ones stress-free. The board games were a great way to unwind, and the fact that pets were allowed was fantastic. Plus, the no smoking policy on site was a breath of fresh air. This place truly exceeded our expectations in every way.

Stayed three nights at Hotel La Peyrade, a spacious room with terrace overlooking the village. The kitchenette was very useful and plenty of parking available. Only a few minutes walk to the village center. Excellent and comfortable base for exploring the surrounding area. The friendly proprietors, focus on energy conservation and recycling, broad range of services offered, and delicious food served in the restaurant made this stay one of our rural France highlights.
