I recently stayed at Blue Diamond Hotel for a business trip near the airport. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-furnished. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a nice touch of friendly design. The staff is open and communicative, making us feel welcome and informed about all the hotel offers. The location is perfect for business purposes, and the internal spa with inside/outside pools is a great addition. The sauna and sauna session were a relaxing experience, and the outdoor swimming pool had a really nice ambiance. a satisfying stay with superb amenities.

The front desk manager provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to help with a luggage incident. The breakfasts are excellent and the spa has a unique outdoor pool and sauna facilities. The staff is always polite and helpful, and there are great facilities for kids.

The swimming pool outside had such a super climate and the sauna session was really relaxing! the location was positioned very conveniently close to the main road. We found the staff friendly and communicative, which was great!

the room was facing a very busy street, and the noise from the traffic was fairly annoying, to say the least. we had trouble with the lights in our room not working properly.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it a convenient option for travelers. The restaurant offers a children's playground, perfect for families. The restaurant is open until 11 pm and serves delicious food, ensuring guests don't have to worry about late-night meals.

The hotel does not accept payment with American Express, which could be inconvenient for guests who rely on this payment method.

I really loved the outdoor pool and the facilities for kids here. It was so refreshing to see how attentive the staff were, especially the receptionist who was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a little issue with needing an extension for our kid, but it was no problem at all. They made us feel so welcome and taken care of.

I had an amazing experience at the hotel! The relaxation zone was excellent, with pools, a bar, jacuzzi. The sound isolation was perfect, ensuring a peaceful stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options, and the coffee was tasty. The food at the bar, especially the veggie burger and jalapeño bacon burger, was absolutely fantastic. The personnel, including the friendly receptionists, provided excellent service and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I can't help but fall in love with their smiles!
