Central location, helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, free Wifi, quiet at the back of the building. 2min walk to the main market, no breakfast in-house but got a voucher for a great local café.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is just a few doors away from a great restaurant and is within walking distance of all the main attractions in the Old Town. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the hotel offers a delicious breakfast, and some rooms even have a nice view of a small courtyard.

Great location, just a minute's walk from the Main Square. The apartment was cozy and welcoming, with a comfortable bed and plenty of charging ports. The kitchen area was a nice touch, allowing us to prepare snacks and drinks. The manager was friendly and even made a packed lunch for us. The room at the back of the building was quiet and peaceful.

Our stay at Boutique Aparthotel in Krakow was absolutely wonderful. We were in town for a vacation and stayed there for a few nights. The location of the hotel was perfect, right off the main square. The rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. The staff at the front desk were friendly and provided us with great tips and suggestions to make the most of our stay. The free WiFi was a bonus. We also had a specific request for a quiet room, and it was indeed peaceful facing the back of the building. Lastly, I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided by the hotel and the shuttle bus company in recovering our lost camera. It truly saved our vacation.

I had high hopes for this hotel during my city break, and I have to say, it didn't disappoint on some fronts. the location was superb, just a stone's throw from the main square, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city on foot. the food at the nearby restaurant was absolutely fantastic, with a great range of dishes on offer.

The positives were outweighed by the negatives. the noise level was unbearable, with constant loud music and people shouting until the early hours of the morning.

Exceptionally helpful staff, convenient central location, clean and comfortable rooms, timely recovery of lost belongings.

Stayed for a few days in early December, ideal location for visiting places of interest. Welcomed by friendly and helpful Mohammed. Clean and well-maintained apartment, great value for money. Peaceful and quiet, overlooking a spotless courtyard. Staff incredibly helpful, nothing too much trouble. Cannot believe the value for money or how great it was. Convenient location next to main square, with a lovely city view from our window. Everything you need on your doorstep.
