during my recent holiday in arles, my stay at plaza exceeded all expectations. the comfortable room overlooked a bustling road, but the excellent breakfast more than made up for it. the staff went above and beyond by making arrangements for us in a sold-out town and even treating us to breakfast at the replacement hotel.

Our recent stay at Hotel Plaza in Arles was fantastic! The location was convenient, just off the motorway and a short walk to the tourist area. The hotel offered secure parking and we were able to leave our car while exploring the main sights and restaurants in town. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even holding our suitcase for a few days. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and attractive. We especially enjoyed the family suites and the air-conditioning. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the pool and spa were perfect for relaxation. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the market on Saturdays was a bonus.

We had a fantastic stay at this place during our recent trip. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When we had an issue with the WC in our original room, they quickly upgraded us to a higher standard room without any hassle. They also provided excellent assistance with directions and arranging a taxi. The location of the hotel is very convenient, just off the main road and only a few minutes' walk to the town centre and restaurants. Despite not having a view, the hotel's proximity to the attractions and the beautiful city of Arles made up for it.

During a recent Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. We were greeted with complimentary hot cocoa and cookies upon arrival which was a nice touch. the location was perfect, just a short walk to all the Christmas markets and festivities. the hotel also had a cozy fireplace in the lobby which added to the holiday charm. Our room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds.

The breakfast, which was a bit underwhelming. the selection was limited and the coffee wasn't great.

We had a wonderful stay in a convenient location, just a few minutes' walk to the charming town center and its famous ancient monuments.
