We recently stayed at a luxurious room in the heart of Kraków and it was an amazing experience. The location was superb, just a minute away from Kraków Galleria, the largest shopping mall in the city. The apartment itself was modern and elegant, giving us the feeling of entering a modern palace. The bathroom had a heated floor, which was a heavenly experience during the winter. The beds were comfortable and we loved the individual duvets. The skylights allowed plenty of natural light and the kitchenette was very useful. it was one of the best places to stay in Kraków.

For our second stay at this hotel, we were pleased to find beautiful, clean accommodation with a nice view of the square. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the old town and main square. The rooms were spacious, bright, and comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax after a stressful day at work. The customer service was excellent, and the bed was truly magical, like sleeping on a cloud. The individual duvets were a welcome addition, preventing any fights over covers. The kitchenette was useful, and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel's proximity to various amenities, such as Starbucks, a restaurant, a mall. We also appreciated the handy tunnel that allowed us to easily access the bus station. our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing.

I recently stayed at a fabulous hotel in a great location. The room was modern, clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was comfy, and despite the central location, it was surprisingly quiet. I loved the easy check-in process and the ability to communicate with the hotel staff via message. They even accommodated our request for a late check-out, giving us an extra day to explore without worrying about our bags. I had an amazing experience at this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

No issues whatsoever, everything went smoothly during my stay. 👍
