The hotel completely exceeded my expectations! The previous hotel we stayed at had a terrible kitchen smell, but here it was all pleasant fragrances. The large complex was beautifully designed and impeccably clean. The staff were incredibly well-trained and friendly. The breakfast selection was fit for royalty. Opening the balcony brought the soothing sound of a nearby stream. The spa services were incredible - I had the best facial, massage, and body scrub. The VIP spa with the mud mask was truly amazing. The hotel is in a charming town with a great walking area and the Pijalnia with its different healing waters and beautiful concerts. it was a relaxing and pleasant stay. Highly recommended to everyone.

The property is huge and beautiful, with many alleys and bridges over a river. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pools and saunas, were well-equipped and enjoyable. The breakfast provided a great selection of options, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel, nestled in the forest on the edge of the city, was convenient for accessing the nearby ski lifts and a la carte restaurant next door.

Spent an unforgettable Christmas vacation at a resort in a beautiful mountain location. the hotel offered an amazing variety of elegantly furnished rooms, including wonderful spa facilities and fantastic massage services. the hotel's key location provided us unique access to nearby sites, even though we also enjoyed the breathtaking views from the resort. to everything else, the hotel's restaurant provided an incredible holiday banquet that exceeded our expectations.

On the other hand, our holiday experience did have some setbacks. the staff required comprehensive training in customer service, and they appear to be struggling with handling guests' requests.

It was a peaceful retreat far from the busy city center. The hotel provided excellent room service and laundry facilities, making my stay even more comfortable. I loved the welcome drink and the friendly staff who were always willing to assist. The hotel had a wide range of amenities, including a spa and wellness center with a relaxing indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The sun terrace and heated swimming pool were also great for lounging and enjoying the scenic garden area.
