the hotel was absolutely beautiful and very luxurious. the staff were helpful at all times and the spa/leisure facilities were outstanding. the breakfast had a great choice of hot and cold foods.

The staff at the hotel were amazing, always friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated the assistance from Mrs. Marta during check-out. The gym was really good and the swimming pool was great too. The breakfast served here was perfect, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

We recently stayed at a hotel during Easter break and had a fantastic time. the hotel offered little extras such as hot cross buns and Easter chocolates upon arrival. the location was key as it was a short taxi ride away from the main square and there were plenty of shopping centres nearby. the staff were friendly and happy to advise us on the best transport options to get around the city.

We did not really have any dislikes about the hotel. However, the only thing to note is that the rooms were a little small and there was not much storage space available.

The breakfast blew me away with its variety of regional delicacies like pate and herb roasted tomatoes. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and had a hidden oasis-like pool area. The staff were friendly and approachable, and the executive lounge was a great place to unwind with a glass of wine. Despite some traffic, the hotel's location was convenient for exploring Krakow. We had a great stay here! The location was perfect, outside the city centre but easily accessible by tram in just 15 minutes. The service was excellent, with room service and dry cleaning available. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and tea and coffee facilities. The leisure facilities were amazing, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and more. The staff, especially at the reception desk, were very helpful and made our stay even better.

doubletree by hilton exceeded our expectations in krakow. the breakfast was amazing with a chef making custom omelets. the spa was relaxing and had multiple pools. overall, a superb experience.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious and clean rooms with well-equipped bathrooms. The large pool with a hydromassage area was a great way to relax after a long day of trekking. The breakfast offered a wide range of choices and the staff were lovely. The spa was amazing, with a heated pool, saunas, and a steam room. the facilities and service were excellent.
