The staff at Hotel Filmar in Torun were brilliant and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and despite the furniture appearing a little dated, it didn't affect our overall experience. The location was convenient with a short 15-minute walk to the old town. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed the additional facilities like the sauna, whirlpool, and billiard room. The big parking lot for a small fee per night was also a plus.

The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities such as heating, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. We also appreciated the free toiletries and the bonus of having an electric kettle in the room. The flat-screen TV and comfortable bed made for a relaxing stay, and we even had a patio where we could enjoy the outdoors.

The in-house restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. the 4-star experience was worth it.

I had an amazing culinary experience at this hotel. The food prepared by chef Mr. Robert Borzymowski was absolutely top-notch. Every meal I had was a delight, and I would even go out of my way to visit the restaurant again when I travel to the area. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy home away from home. The beds were good, and the sound insulation was excellent. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of the old town with all its interesting shops and restaurants. Despite a few drawbacks like the lack of a travel kettle in the rooms and varying Wi-Fi reception, I still believe this hotel offers excellent value for the money. The breakfast buffet was awesome, with a chef that prepares different kinds of egg recipes on the spot. Torun may be a small town, but the main attractions are easily accessible on foot. Despite these minor inconveniences, I still had a fantastic stay and would recommend this hotel to others. this hotel provided a memorable experience.
