This place exceeded our expectations. Its location in the very centre of the old town was excellent, just a stone's throw away from the main square. The service provided by the staff was top-notch - they were friendly and efficient. We also appreciated the amenities in our room, including the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and the comfortable sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great perk, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The on-site dining and bar/lounge area were also top-notch, offering a variety of delicious options. the facilities and services provided here were exceptional.

This place is a hidden gem. Highly recommended to all.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the comfortable bed and the cozy ambiance that the hotel provided me. the location was perfect as it allowed me to easily access different tourist attractions in the city. the breakfast buffet was diverse, and the preparation method delivered a unique touch to the experience.

Some of the items in my room had not been replaced, which left me unsatisfied. despite requesting for my room to be cleaned, it was not attended to until late in the evening, which was very inconvenient.

The hotel's location in the very centre of Kraków's old town is excellent, with it being very near to the central Square. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom had high-quality toiletries. The staff provided friendly and helpful service throughout my stay. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, and there were impressive presentation details such as the cold buffet. The hotel also arranged taxis for us whenever we needed them.

The cleaning service did not meet my expectations. The room wasn't cleaned despite having the "Clean my room" sign on the door knob, and the used items were not replaced.
