The location of this hotel was excellent, making it very easy to access all the places I needed to go. The staff were exceptional, being very helpful, professional, and even having a great sense of humor. The rooms were quite large and clean, with blinds on the windows to ensure a quiet, peaceful stay. The restaurant offered excellent food for dinner, and the facility itself was cozy and pleasant. The hotel also had the advantage of providing a tablet in the rooms for service orders or internet surfing.

That the smell of cleaner in the hallways was overly strong, although thankfully not noticeable in the rooms. it was a bit difficult to adjust the thermostat in the rooms.

We had a great time during our city trip. the breakfast offered a wide variety of foods and everything tasted great. We also appreciated the air conditioning in our room, which was a lifesaver during the hot weather. we enjoyed the central location of the hotel, it was easy to get to all the main attractions.

The internet wasn't strong enough to get a consistent signal in our room, which was a bummer. We wished that the hotel had a bar with a non-smoking section, as the entire hotel had a strong smoke smell.

Close to McDonald's, air Force Base. Good blow dryers, elevators, refrigerator, microwave, ice machine. On-site restaurant. Not centrally located but 10-minute walk to main Street. Two or three restaurants nearby. Excellent staff, spacious suite, comfortable furniture, working a/c. Spare power adaptors available. Nice, clean, insulated windows. Good breakfast, friendly personnel. Excellent location near main road. Exceptional staff, large, clean rooms with blinds, tablet provided. Excellent food in restaurant. Cozy and pleasant facility.

We loved staying at this place! The staff was polite, patient, and accommodating to our needs. The location was great, and it was easy to get to other areas from here. We liked the parking, and the rooms were fully serviced each day. We had a lot of amenities, including Wi-Fi, a sun terrace, and a leisure room. It was a perfect place for families.

Quick and receptive staff, friendly and helpful in-person staff, clean and well-maintained rooms and facilities, spacious family room, comfortable beds, nice and clean bathroom.

During my recent stay in Landstuhl, I had a fantastic experience at a hotel close to the American bases. The location was perfect for our needs, and the proximity to the freeway made our travels incredibly convenient. The staff at Merkur were not only friendly, but they also spoke English, which made communication a breeze. The facilities were great, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
