We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - nestled in the Tatra mountains, close to cable cars and the town center. It was easy to park and explore the area. The service was exceptional, with room service and housekeeping being prompt and attentive. We appreciated the airport shuttle service and the welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms ensured that we stayed connected throughout our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The presentation of Gold Hotel was impressive, and our room exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious, and had a great balcony with stunning views. the staff were always helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. We loved the relaxing jacuzzi area, it was the perfect place to unwind. the restaurant offered a good selection, especially for breakfast.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and two things stood out: the food was amazing and the spa was great for relaxing after a day of exploring. the hotel was in a great location, with easy access to public transport and hiking trails. Plus, the friendly staff made our stay even better.

The basic spa facilities were overcrowded, and there were only a few sockets in the room, which was annoying.

We had a slight mix-up with our room at Gold Hotel, but the staff quickly resolved it and upgraded us to a room with a balcony. The view from our room was breathtaking, and we enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The spa area was very relaxing, and we loved spending time in the jacuzzi. The interior of the hotel was modern and well-maintained. Despite a few minor issues, we would still recommend staying at Gold Hotel. it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

We stayed at a hotel located right beside the slopes, offering convenient access to the ski slopes of Nosal. The location was perfect, away from busy Krupówki but still offering beautiful views of the Tatra mountains. Our room was luxurious, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right. the hotel provided excellent facilities and room advantages.

We were pleasantly surprised when we had to leave early and the hotel provided us with a bag of food to take with us. It made us feel valued and taken care of during our stay at the hotel. The location of the hotel was also perfect, just beside the slopes and with a bus stop right outside, making it convenient for skiing and exploring the area.
