The breakfast and staff were fantastic! There was also a great pool and spa which was perfect for relaxing during the Christmas holidays. the location was ideal, right by the beach and close to the town. the room was comfortable and clean, making our stay enjoyable.

The parking was a disaster. It didn't seem to be enough parking spaces and as a result, it was very difficult to park our car.

Excellent, well-maintained 5-star seaside resort with 2 Wi-Fi connections. Kids loved jacuzzi and salt-water pool. Close to beach. Great service and drinks from Pawel, Igor, Karolina, and Sylwia. Huge variety for breakfast, including salads, quiches, cakes, and lasagne. Aquapark had 25m pool and fun gymnastics. Quick issue resolution.

The restaurant at the hotel was fantastic! The food was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. the hotel offered a range of facilities and activities for guests to enjoy.

There were a couple of issues during my stay. the wifi was quite unreliable, which made it difficult to use certain online services.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach, making it a great choice for a relaxing stay in autumnal Ustka. The pool is large and there are several saunas available, although some guests mentioned that they were poorly heated and lacked a relaxation area. Rooms are spacious and well-kept, with clean bathrooms. The staff provides friendly and helpful service, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices. Guests can also enjoy facilities such as billards, bowling, and a gym.

The hotel could benefit from having more staff members to ensure smooth operations and better service.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach. Being so close to the sea side allowed us to have beautiful views and enjoy long walks along the shore. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near many popular attractions in the area, making it easy to explore and make the most of our stay.

One negative aspect was the parking situation. Upon arrival, we struggled to find any available parking spots and had to park on a curb.

Exceptional breakfast, variety of food choices, awesome aquapark with a 25m swimming pool, fun gymnastics in saltwater pool, friendly and professional staff.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the Spa and indoor swimming pool were top-notch, as was the health club and sauna. the restaurant served special diet menus and the room advantages were exclusive.

We had an amazing experience at Grand Lubicz Uzdrowisko. the hydrotherapy pool was excellent, and the spa had a variety of amenities including saunas and whirlpools. the aqua park with its large pools and brine pool was fantastic, and the spa center offered great prices and a saline room. the hotel also had two outstanding restaurants, one buffet and one a la carte, and the staff were the best. it was a perfect place to enjoy a holiday with family, with plenty of water attractions and a separate area for kids.
