Apu Lodge in the heart of the mountains exceeded my expectations. The location, nestled in a serene neighborhood, allowed for a quiet and peaceful stay. Plus, being within walking distance of everything was incredibly convenient. The hotel's staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The rooms, complete with a small balcony and sufficient space, provided a comfortable and homely atmosphere. I also appreciated the breakfast, which offered a delicious start to each day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the main square, allowing easy access to local areas. The lovely gardens provide a peaceful atmosphere for guests to relax and enjoy the view. The room was clean and comfortable, with fresh linens and a cozy bed. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh eggs and fruit. The staff is considerate and helpful, assisting guests with printing tickets and answering questions.

The pillows in the room were a bit worn, but we were so tired from exploring the area that it didn't affect our sleep.

We spent Thanksgiving at a hotel in Ollantaytambo and the complementary breakfast was amazing! We also appreciated the clean bedsheets and towels. the location was great as it was close to the main square and had stunning views of the historic ruins. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and a perfect place to relax.

We didn't enjoy the lack of hot water and the rooms were too small for our comfort. It was expensive for the quality of the room, and we expected more for the money we paid.

It was also tucked away in a peaceful area, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and ruins from the second-floor rooms were absolutely breathtaking. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great restaurant recommendations and even arranging transportation for us.

One downside of the hotel was that it was a bit of a walk from the main road, which was a bit inconvenient when carrying our bags. the wifi in the rooms was not very reliable, which made it difficult to stay connected.
