The hotel had amazing complementary cakes and drinks in the lobby area which was a nice touch. the location was great, surrounded by many restaurants and cafes. the room itself was cozy and felt like home.

The service was a huge let down. We waited for over an hour for our room to be cleaned on the first day.

The staff, especially Magdalena and Łukasz, were incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations for local attractions. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city, and Uber was readily available and affordable. Our junior suite was spacious and had a lovely terrace to enjoy the evenings. The complimentary amenities, such as bottled water and L'Occitane toiletries, were a nice touch. The breakfast menu offered a variety of delicious options, including waffles, omelettes, and hot chocolate. I highly recommend staying at this hotel when in Warsaw!
