The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, but it's not completely out of the way. It was easy to get an Uber or use the nearby tram to get into the city center. The rooms were more than we expected from a hotel of this calibre. We were very impressed with the facilities and attention to detail. The staff at this hotel were friendly and provided great service. They were always available to help and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast at this hotel was upgraded to a neighboring hotel and had a wide choice of options, from full English to continental. It was much bigger and had more fresh food choices than expected.

The location was perfect, with a tram line to the city just a short distance away. The room was beautifully decorated and clean, and the air conditioning kept us cool during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the DoubleTree by Hilton, and the spa facilities were excellent. The breakfast options were extensive and delicious, and we even received a packed lunch on the morning we checked out. The staff, especially at reception and in the dining areas, were attentive and friendly.

We felt most welcome throughout our stay, and the staff were always willing to assist with any requests or needs we had. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

My partner and I stayed at Hampton for 3 nights during our visit to the city. The hotel was nice and clean, with daily room service. The breakfast offered a good choice, and we particularly enjoyed the scrambled eggs. We also ate from the bar menu a couple of times, and the food was excellent quality and reasonably priced. The modern decor and bright rooms, along with the nice bathroom and quality linen and towels, made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near a large shopping complex and has easy access to trams that take you straight into the old town.
