We had an amazing time at the hotel with plenty of facilities and activities to enjoy. The karaoke nights were a blast, and the casino added an extra level of excitement to our stay.

As longer term business travellers, we were impressed with the range of facilities and amenities offered at the hotel. The hotel had a spacious and well-equipped lounge and swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, with one trainee in particular standing out for his knowledge and responsiveness. The location of the hotel was also a highlight, situated right next to the river with a fantastic view. Being located at the beginning of a beautiful and interesting city street was a bonus, as it allowed us to easily explore nearby restaurants and attractions.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable room we were upgraded to upon arrival. The river view from our glass-enclosed balcony was simply breathtaking. The hotel's location, right by the Motława river and within walking distance of attractions and restaurants, was perfect. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the gym facilities were convenient. our stay at Hilton Gdansk was fantastic.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel on the waterfront. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the main downtown area. I could easily walk to all the important attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big shower and a desk for work. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful receptionists. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including fresh juices. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The staff at check-in were unfriendly and did not even greet us with a smile. the room was not ready on time, and we had to wait for more than an hour.

The Hilton in Gdansk was perfect for us as older guests. The location by the river and shops was excellent. The breakfast selection was fresh and had plenty of options. The hotel had great facilities like a pool and sauna, perfect for a relaxing swim. The staff were friendly and courteous, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

From the moment I stepped inside, this hotel provided a luxurious experience. the staff were attentive and went above and beyond to meet my needs. the Spa & wellness centre was the ultimate relaxation, with a range of massages and body wraps. the indoor swimming pool was clean and inviting, and the sauna offered a much, needed detox. the rooftop pool and sun terrace provided stunning views of the river and old town. the restaurant was top, notch, with a range of dishes and Special diet menus.

The only drawback I experienced was a minor issue with the bar service. Despite the attentive staff, the drinks took longer than expected to arrive, and the bar area lacked atmosphere.

During my recent stay at the Hilton in Gdansk, I couldn't have been more impressed. The friendly and accommodating staff made me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door. The room was spotless and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel's fantastic facilities, including the swimming pool with its beautiful view, added an extra touch of luxury to my experience. The location in the old town was absolutely perfect and couldn't be beaten, especially for the great price I paid. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
