The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the airport trains that went to all the terminals. This made getting around so easy and saved us a lot of time.

One of the breakfast staff members was rude, which was not a pleasant way to start the day. However, the other staff members were very kind and made up for it.

The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special. the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the rooms were well-equipped and seemed new. the breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh food for everyone, including vegetarians. the facilities for business travelers were top-notch, with a decent gym, free laundry service, and a great breakfast. we were very impressed and would definitely return.

The complimentary breakfast and lounge area were great additions to our romantic escape. We also enjoyed the key location, just a short walk away from the airport shuttle. the king-sized bed was very comfortable and perfect for a romantic getaway.

The air conditioning control was not user-friendly, and we found it difficult to adjust. the housekeeping service was also lacking, and we had to remind staff to refill basic items like shampoo and kitchen roll multiple times.
