I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Krakow for my leisure trip and it was absolutely fantastic. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from Rynek Glowny. The hotel offered convenient parking and the breakfast had a great variety of options. The staff was exceptional, always there to assist with any needs and make my stay enjoyable. I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Krakow.

For the price we paid, we got great value with spacious and nicely decorated rooms, as well as access to superb thermal baths and a fantastic spa. The hotel's location near the Old City centre was perfect for exploring, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau was memorable and informative.

Breakfast offerings could be improved by having a more convenient location within the hotel. Instead of being out of the way, it would be nice to have it easily accessible for guests.

As adventure travelers, we thoroughly enjoyed the private vehicle tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau. The professional driver and tour guide provided an informative and emotional experience. The hotel restaurant offered fantastic meals and the upgraded room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the Market Square. The converted 19th Century Palace was beautifully decorated and appointed. We loved the skylights with retractable shades in our top floor room. The bar staff made us a customized drink and the shop in the lobby had the best souvenir. The short 5-minute walk to the Market Square was a plus. we would definitely stay at this hotel again. The menu had limited polish dishes but the restaurants were good. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but the location was superb. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance of the beautiful town centre and in a quiet area of the city. The rooms are spacious and modern, with large windows offering a nice view. The staff provide great service, assisting with daily planning and resolving any issues promptly. Free Wi-Fi and a gym are available for guests to enjoy.

We were just a short walk away from the bustling main square and had easy access to the railway station, top local attractions, and other great restaurants nearby. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the Old Town and Wawel Castle. It's just a 7-minute walk to the Old Town Square and within easy, short walking distance to the Castle and other sights. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern facilities like wireless charging and streaming-enabled TVs. The staff are friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any needs. The breakfast selection is excellent, and the bar staff are friendly too.

The gym facilities were a bit outdated and could use some improvement.

We had a fantastic weekend of sightseeing at Holiday Inn. Despite some building works in the main foyer, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. The toiletries provided were a nice touch. Though there were a few hiccups with the front desk staff, they eventually resolved our request for plain water. The staff at the bar/restaurant were friendly and helpful. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable rooms. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a sightseeing trip.
