We had a wonderful stay at Bacowka Radawa & Spa. The chalet was well-equipped and cozy, perfect for a winter getaway. The spa was excellent, and we particularly enjoyed relaxing by the wood burner. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The chalet I stayed in was well-equipped and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay. Additionally, the breakfasts were truly delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel wasn't overcrowded, allowing me to have a peaceful and relaxing time at the wellness facilities. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality services.

The spa was excellent, equipped with a wood burner for cold temperatures. Breakfast had lots of choice. Outdoor BBQ facilities and nearby lake would be great in warmer months. Lewis and Micha will return in summer for a longer stay.

What an amazing retreat! Our winter stay was perfect with a cozy wood burner and a hot tub. Excellent breakfast buffet that helped us start our day energized. We liked that the spa and wellness were in separate buildings from the rooms, allowing for complete relaxation without any disruption. The setting was stunning, with lovely outdoor BBQ facilities and picturesque surroundings.

While we had a great time, there were some areas we think the management could improve on. We felt there could have been better signage on the premises as we struggled to locate some of the amenities. Additionally, we were disappointed that the staff didn't give us enough information upon check-in. We had to ask multiple times for items we needed and wished they had been more forthcoming with details from the get-go.

Cleanliness was excellent. The hotel facilities were top-notch. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.
