The hotel is perfectly located close to the mountains, just in front of the ski slopes. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and is delicious. The thermal pools are great for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

The reception staff could be more helpful and polite.

This hotel was great because it had everything we needed in one place. We loved that the breakfast had a lot of options and the rooms were spacious and clean. the location was perfect, with easy access to the ski slopes and thermal pools. the kids' activities were the best! Our children had so much fun with all the playgrounds and movies each night.

The parking was really difficult to find nearby. the internet connection was poor making it hard to watch anything on TV.

I had an amazing time staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, as it was right beside the slopes and ski lifts. I loved being able to easily ski to the door of the hotel. The hotel even had a ski school, which was so convenient for beginners. The facilities for families were incredible, with a kids club and thermal pools that were great for both kids and adults. The hotel had everything I needed and it was spotless. The rooms were spacious and the food was lovely. The best part was how easy it was to keep the whole family entertained. We were a group of 9, with 2 families and even granny, and everyone had a fantastic time. We can't wait to go back next year!

The pools at Bania Thermal & Ski were absolutely amazing! I loved relaxing in the thermal pools after a long day of skiing. The saunas were also a great way to unwind.

The food served in the afternoon and at the hotel restaurants didn't meet my expectations. I found it to be below the standard of a 4-star hotel.
