Convenient to dining and entertainment, and close to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The bartender was friendly and explained the hotel well. Although there were a couple of maintenance issues, they weren't major. I would recommend this hotel for its location and atmosphere.

I stayed at Aloft for a business trip and the sleek contemporary look of the rooms was perfect. The staff were amazing and the hotel's location was ideal for walking to Jacobs Pavilion. The shared space had plenty of room and comfortable furniture for meetings with colleagues. The cleanliness of the rooms was superb and the staff were friendly and empathetic.

Great value for money in a centrally located hotel that is steps away from fantastic restaurants and lively bars in the Flats area. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to answer all our questions about local attractions and services. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with two queen beds and a beautiful view. Breakfast was included and offered a variety of options to start the day.

One minor issue with cleanliness, but overall everything was alright.

Located in a vibrant area with plenty of dining options such as stylish eateries with good food, and is surrounded by convenient stores in Steelyard. It is perfect for those who enjoy trying new restaurants and experiences. You can find several tasty restaurants down in the Flats, where gentrification is complete, and provides an exciting stay.

I recently stayed at Aloft Downtown for The Summer Slaughter Tour at the Odeon. The hotel was clean, rooms were nice, and the staff was friendly. It was within walking distance to the venue and there were restaurants open after the concert ended. The staff was accommodating and the shuttle service was appreciated. The amenities in the room were great and the bathroom was spacious. Pam at the front desk was fantastic in answering our questions. The wedding we attended was beautiful and the reception had good food, music, and bar service.

Great location, close to restaurants and with a nice view overlooking Lake Erie and the port. Upgrade to a corner room with platinum status. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Amenities in the room were sufficient. Walkable to Browns stadium.

Bad customer service from the check-in desk, with long waits and a lack of knowledge. Room had a bad smell from pillows.

The hotel was also clean and well-maintained, with no need to request additional housekeeping services. we had a great stay at Aloft and would highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. This place is located in a prime location, steps away from great restaurants and bars. I loved the room service and the laundry service that they offer, it made my stay very comfortable. The staff was really helpful in arranging tours and tickets for activities around here. Also, the room amenities such as tea and coffee facilities and in-room safe were really convenient.
