They were accommodating to all my needs and made sure I had a pleasant experience. the key location of the hotel was also an advantage. It was easy to access and had beautiful surroundings. They were impeccably clean and well-maintained. As a hotel guest, access to the thermal pools was free, and the experience was magical.

One of the worst aspects of my stay was the overcrowding of the thermal pools. Although they were excellent in terms of quality, the sheer number of people made it difficult to enjoy the experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this place in the mountains. The location in the village was breathtaking, with beautiful views of the pine trees and hills from our window. The staff were super friendly and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. We especially loved the unlimited access to the thermal baths, it was so relaxing. And the little bowling alley downstairs was a cute addition, perfect for some indoor fun. Plus, there's a dancing floor with DJs that played great music. It was unexpected but definitely a highlight of our stay.

The hotel offered a wide range of amenities including a luxurious pool/spa area with various pools and slides for both kids and adults. There were also additional facilities such as saunas and a saline cave. The breakfast included in the stay was impressive with a variety of homemade food. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service.

Despite the overall positive experience, the hotel was quite expensive compared to similar options in the area. some small details were overlooked such as dusted shelves in the rooms and the need to bring your own towels for the spa.

A Perfect Family Getaway

During our stay at this hidden gem in Bukowina, we had an amazing experience with our children. The spacious rooms provided us with all the comfort we needed, and the breakfast and dinner options were plentiful and delicious. The swimming pools and Thermae were a hit with the kids, although we learned to visit in the evenings for a more relaxed experience. While the closing time of the restaurants was a bit early, the friendly staff made up for it with great service. Although the children's amenities were limited, we managed to keep the little ones entertained with skiing and swimming. I highly recommend this hotel for families, as long as you plan ahead for meals and activities.
