Enjoyed Xmas at a hotel near the mountains. The swimming pool and spa were great! The breakfast spread was amazing. The location was ideal, with a beautiful stream running alongside the hotel, and a short walk to the city center.

The room was a bit small and the bed was uncomfortable. the staff at the reception was not very welcoming.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop to Kasprowy Wierch and the main local attractions. It is also next to a restaurant, making dining options easily accessible. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing suggestions for places to visit. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of delicious food, with regular replenishment by the attentive staff.

The restaurant lacks ambience, with no music or candles to create a cozy atmosphere.

Excellent play-room with slides, toys, Xbox, table tennis. Nice spa with two saunas, two pools, and a jacuzzi. Great restaurant with outdoor dining option. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a wonderful spa area. Allows dogs.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathroom was impeccable. The spa was a highlight, with a fantastic massage at an affordable price. The breakfast had a good variety of options, although the cooked breakfast could have been better. The staff were friendly and spoke English fluently. The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk from the main tourist area. I had a delightful stay and would recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, just a 20-minute walk from the city center, was perfect for us as a family with young children. The hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly memorable. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, and we found the room amenities, such as the sitting area and terrace, to be of great convenience. The hotel also had a great selection of dining options, including a fine dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area. The breakfast was excellent and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The hotel also had a spa & wellness center with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and various massage treatments, which added to the overall relaxation and enjoyment of our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious, with plenty of storage space and a heated floor in the bathroom. The view from our room on the 4th floor was stunning, overlooking green trees and the sound of a nearby flowing river. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with an amazing playroom for kids, complete with slides, toys, and an Xbox. The spa area was also great, with two saunas, two pools, and a jacuzzi. The restaurant and breakfast were excellent, and we loved the option to dine outside. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
