The hotel is conveniently located right next to the famous Spodek stadium, making it easy to find and providing easy access to events and the town center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and a well-equipped bathroom. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. The breakfast offers a good variety of options to start your day. Plus, the hotel provides facilities such as a kid's corner at the reception, an electric kettle in the room, and a sewing kit in the wardrobe.

The TV set in the room did not have the adjust function to change the angle of viewing, which made it less comfortable to watch TV.

It was a pleasant surprise to have free coffee and tea available all day. Despite some services being suspended, the hotel's central location meant we had plenty of options for shops and restaurants nearby.

We had a great stay at Hotel Diament! The location was super convenient, right inside the Spodek stadium. Parking was a breeze as there was plenty of free parking right outside the door. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room, though small, was clean and comfortable. We loved that everything we needed, like a toothbrush set, bathrobe, and slippers, was provided. The kitchen had all the tools and equipment we needed too. The entire hotel was spotless and had a fresh, new look. The wifi was excellent, allowing us to easily handle work tasks in our room. The lobby/common area was beautifully done up and the breakfast spread was fantastic. We definitely recommend Hotel Diament for a quick stopover, to catch an event at the stadium, or to explore the city.

Our romantic escape was not as we had anticipated. the walls were thin, and we could hear every sound coming from other rooms or the street outside.
