For the money we paid, the value was excellent and the room exceeded our expectations. The location was great, with beautiful views of the boats and easy access to nearby shops. The staff treated us well and were very accommodating.

We had a great stay at this lovely apartment in Southampton. It was perfect for our family trip to Peppa Pig World, as it was really close by. the apartment had everything we needed, including Sky TV and wifi for the little ones to enjoy their favorite shows. the kids loved the kidney-shaped bath and there was plenty of space for everyone. the apartment was modern and spacious, with comfortable beds and lots of natural light. It was also conveniently located near Southampton University, making it ideal for our visit to the campus. a wonderful experience and we would definitely return.

I had a fantastic stay at the accommodation. The apartment was bright and spacious, providing plenty of room for me. The free parking and wifi were also a great bonus. The location was ideal, as it was conveniently close to the motorway and within easy reach of the town centre. Additionally, being near Marwell zoo was a major plus. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly the housekeeping staff. They apologized for any issues with the wardrobe and beds and promptly took care of them. They even provided extra pillows and contacted the manager on my behalf. I was impressed with the quick response, as the wardrobe was repaired the same day and a new mattress was put on one of the beds. They even provided mattress protectors and an extension plug for convenience. I spoke with the manager about checkout details, who was very understanding and apologetic. the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel could be improved, but I would definitely consider returning due to the excellent location and the flexibility of self-catering.

The cleanliness was good, and the facilities provided everything we needed. We especially loved the fact that there was a washing machine, which was a great bonus. The apartment had two bathrooms, allowing everyone to get ready in the morning without any delays. The underfloor heating was brilliant, keeping the place warm and comfortable. it was a great little apartment for our stay.

It's also very convenient, as it's just a short distance from the city center and the common people festival. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The service was excellent, with the manager being very pleasant and helpful. We even enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the comfort of our own apartment. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring.

We did notice a slight issue with the cleanliness of the carpets, but it didn't dampen our overall experience.

Traffic noise from the nearby main road was quite noticeable, especially with the windows open on warm days. It would be helpful if sheets were offered along with duvets during hot weather.

Me encantó esta villa independiente en la que me hospedé. Lo mejor de esta estancia fue la ubicación fantástica, en una tranquila calle a solo 3 minutos a pie del puerto deportivo. Además, podía ir caminando a Torremolinos y en taxi solo tardaba 20 minutos en llegar a Málaga. El casco antiguo de Benalmádena está a solo 10 minutos en taxi y definitivamente vale la pena visitarlo. La villa estaba excepcionalmente bien equipada y Adrian fue muy servicial y rápido en responder con recomendaciones sobre dónde ir. ¡Fue un viaje genial!
