Despite being close to the motorway, we couldn't hear any noise from outside, ensuring a peaceful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the dry cleaning service was a convenient extra. We also appreciated the 24-hour room service and the daily housekeeping, always keeping our room in pristine condition. Additionally, the airport shuttle service provided by the hotel was a great perk.

One negative aspect mentioned by a guest is that the hotel did not have a steam sauna as promised. Although the guest expected some sort of compensatory gesture, they only received a standard apology.

Excellent spa and pool facilities, open from 7.00 until 23.00, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. Incredible breakfast with a wide variety of delicious Polish dishes. Free beach transfer option available, saving money and providing convenient access to the beach. View from the room may be towards the inner yard, but the room itself is comfortable and enjoyable. Underground parking is available, although there is limited space, and front parking on dirty ground is free if space is available.

The breakfast spread was pretty good and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea in the room. the hotel is in a great location, as it is very close to many of the popular tourist spots which is perfect for those on a tight schedule. the transfer to the beach was definitely a plus.
