Nothing to dislike.

The hotel had a great location, right next to the main square in the old town. It was very convenient for exploring and seeing the Christmas markets. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing great customer service. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom.

That the breakfast options were limited, especially for vegetarians. the shower occasionally had issues with warm water.

Located in the heart of the city, a short walk from major attractions. Immaculately clean and well-appointed rooms, including an excellent shower. The breakfast spread is fantastic, with a wide variety of hot and cold items. Friendly staff, great service, and useful tourist advice. Good Wi-Fi and a handy in-room fridge.

my recent stay in krakow at a hotel near the main square was amazing. jan exceeded my expectations with delicious breakfast options, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff who made me feel welcome. the location was perfect for exploring the city and there were plenty of nearby attractions to visit.

This hotel has an unbeatable location! It's right next to the main square in the old town, almost touching the Square, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. Additionally, the rooms were immaculately clean, with basic amenities that were well maintained. The breakfast served was excellent, including many meats and options.

Amazing surprise from the hotel receptionist who left us a handwritten note congratulating us on our anniversary and a bottle of bubbly on arrival. Attention to detail was outstanding and made our trip unforgettable! The location was perfect and the breakfast was delicious. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything is what I need and want.

Hotel is perfectly placed just off the main square, everything within easy walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and airy with a TV, kettle, and modern bathroom. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of choices and was self-service. Lovely courtyard-style restaurant.

Some receptionists had poor English communication skills.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Jan, thanks to its superb location right beside the main square. The staff was polite and spoke decent English. I was especially impressed with Magdalena Miska, who proactively arranged a driver from the airport for me. The room I stayed in was clean and cozy, although the acoustics could have been better as I could hear my neighbors' conversations. Nonetheless, the breakfast was delightful, with a wide variety of fruits to choose from.
