Great value for money, the room was comfortable and spotless. The location was perfect, close to the old town and Wawel castle. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, providing efficient service and always being helpful.

We loved the location of the hotel, it was right in the heart of the city and just a short walk to the main square. The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were tastefully decorated and had a great atmosphere. The continental breakfast had a good variety of options and was delicious. Plus, the hotel even offered us a packed breakfast for our early morning departure. it was a personal and enjoyable experience.

We felt really welcomed, no complaints.

We were able to easily explore Old Town and enjoy the vibrant restaurant scene nearby. The rooms were clean and well equipped, providing all the necessary comforts after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast had a generous choice of dishes and was delicious.

The hotel lacked wifi in our room and in other parts of the hotel, which was quite inconvenient for us.
