We loved staying at this luxurious hotel in Dongdaemun. The location was excellent, being near the subway station and alongside the Hyundai City Outlet mall. It was so convenient for transportation, especially when we wanted to do some late-night shopping. We were also thrilled to find that there were plenty of shopping malls and restaurants nearby, catering to all our needs. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. They even came to our room without us needing to request housekeeping. our stay here was a wonderful experience.

Located near a shopping center, this hotel has a great location and an array of easily accessible facilities. the convenience store on the top floor is very helpful and saves the trouble of going out for anything needed. the hotel staff is super friendly and will go out of their way to help you. They made our easter stay a memorable one. Plus, there was an amazing skyline view from the room and the selection of activities provided was impressive.

We were unable to regulate the air conditioning system to our liking. This resulted in our room being too warm and we were unable to cool it down.

The room amenities were excellent with a heating and air conditioning system, in-room safe, soundproofed rooms, and free toiletries. We were especially impressed with the shared kitchen and dining table, perfect for preparing our own meals.

The check-in process was a bit impersonal with a machine, and finding the reception area was a bit tricky.
