When I arrived at the hotel, I was delighted to find little touches that made my stay more enjoyable. The room was equipped with single use slippers and toiletries, adding a touch of luxury. I was also pleasantly surprised to find both sparkling and still water in the room. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide range of options to choose from and the coffee was simply delicious.

One minor issue was that the room I had booked was supposed to be on the ground floor, but it turned out to be on the first floor with no lift.

During our Easter getaway, we had a good experience staying at this hotel. We appreciated the little extras provided such as single-use slippers and toiletries in our room. It was great to have both still and sparkling water provided in our room as well. The breakfast was impressive with a wide selection and the coffee was delicious. The location was also a plus, with key attractions and amenities nearby.

There was one minor issue during our stay which was the location of our room. The confirmation stated that the room was meant to be accessible with no stairs and on the ground floor.
