I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect for my needs as it was close to factories at the nearby Amata Industrial Estate, the airport, and the Pattaya area. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a sitting area. The staff provided excellent room service, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel also had a wonderful dining restaurant with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Additionally, the leisure facilities such as the sauna, swimming pool, and hot spring bath were top-notch, providing me with the ultimate relaxation during my stay.

Families will definitely enjoy their stay at this hotel.

The staff at J Park Hotel - Sha Extra Plus were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable space to relax. The pool and surroundings were also well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently located, with an easy 10 baht songthaew ride into town.

One small inconvenience I encountered was with the A/C remote control. The 'mode' function button on the remote was covered, preventing me from changing it from 'auto' to 'cool'.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the friendly staff and the well-maintained pool. the hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to local transportation and nearby attractions. Another advantage was the excellent breakfast, which offered a variety of dishes to suit different tastes.

The promised amenities were not provided and the room was not properly secured, which was concerning for safety reasons. It would have been helpful to have more staff available to assist with these issues.
