The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. the spa facilities were a great way to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or needs.

the room lacked some amenities that I expected, such as a mirror outside of the bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities. there was limited seating in the spa area, often taken up by wet towels, making it difficult to find a place to relax.

The complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were good. the location of the hotel is great, as it is near many restaurants and tourist attractions. the staff was helpful when we had questions.

The noise from the street outside was unbearable at night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We had to ask the staff about the gym, spa, and TV channels.
