Almost perfect.

As a disabled guest, I appreciated the warm and friendly staff who were always willing to assist. The hotel provided comfortable and clean rooms with excellent wet room facilities suitable for disabled individuals. The complimentary toiletries offered by the hotel were of high quality and the sea views from some rooms were stunning. The breakfast served was delicious and the staff went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay.

We had a truly magical stay at Bay Tree. The hotel's location on the coast is idyllic, with the soothing sound of the sea lulling us to sleep. The rooms are beautifully decorated, striking a perfect balance between comfort and elegance. The attention to detail in preserving the historical aspects of the house is commendable. We were blown away by the stunning sea views from our room, which was impeccably clean and well-equipped. The on-site parking was convenient, but street parking was also readily available. The restaurant served top-notch food with a concise yet excellent menu. Breakfast was equally impressive. Despite a couple of minor hiccups during our stay, such as a delay in breakfast and an early check-out time, we were thoroughly pleased with the overall experience. The staff, led by Robert and Alistair, were warm, welcoming, and attentive. We can't wait to return to this hidden gem of a hotel. highly recommended.

The room had a lovely view of the sea and a balcony to enjoy it. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous with a large bath and walk-in shower. The hotel provided all necessary furniture for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance of the town. Breakfast was great and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was a bit dark due to the proximity of a brick wall. The outdoor seating area was not well-maintained and lacked a relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel is located in a lovely quiet area, right at the beach, offering stunning views. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms on the ground level were comfortable and well-furnished, with fantastic views from the balcony. The breakfast, prepared by a chef, was always included and offered a delicious range of options.

I had the most wonderful stay at the Bay Tree! The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a cosy and festive atmosphere with elegant Christmas decorations and a roaring fire. The room I stayed in was beautifully presented, clean, and boasted a stunning sea view. The hotel's location was perfect for both beach access and exploring the town, with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The entire experience was impeccable, from the spotless rooms to the friendly staff and delicious meals. I couldn't recommend the Bay Tree enough for a lovely New Year's break!

I had the most amazing stay at this little gem in Broadstairs. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a perfect mix of colors and fabrics. The room I stayed in had a balcony and stunning sea views, which made waking up in the morning a delight. The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious, and I even had the opportunity to dine at the restaurant one evening, which I highly recommend. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the bustling town but still in a quiet area right on the seafront. The service at the hotel was faultless and the young members of staff were excellent. I had a wonderful experience and I will definitely be recommending this hotel to others.

The room was a bit dark due to the style of windows, but it wasn't a major issue. Additionally, it would have been nice if the owner had paid more attention to the little details, such as the birthday banner I had arranged and the mistaken charge for a bottle of Prosecco.

This hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk to the center of town with its great selection of restaurants and right next to a peaceful beach. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with nice towels and good wifi. The staff are friendly and breakfast is delicious. There is also the added bonus of free parking.
