I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Gizycko. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of town. I loved being able to easily explore the nearby attractions and enjoy the picturesque surroundings. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly friendly and attentive. The room service was quick and efficient, and the housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping everything clean and tidy. I also appreciated the added convenience of amenities such as dry cleaning and laundry services. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch, and the tours and ticket assistance made it easy for me to plan my sightseeing activities. the level of service provided here was truly exceptional.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Reasonable price. French Belle Époque theme with Art Deco and contemporary touches. Outstanding customer service. Good swimming pool and spa facilities. Beautiful lakes and canal.

The breakfast was delicious, with high-quality ingredients and a wide selection of teas. the hotel's location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from a park and the riverfront, with several shops and restaurants nearby. the rooms were spotless, with fresh towels and bed linen provided daily. the swimming pool was a great plus, with two Jacuzzis and a sauna where you can relax after a day of sightseeing.

We found some of the staff to be moody and unwelcoming, especially to guests who did not speak the local language. it would have been nice to have the option to open the terrace windows in some of the rooms to let in some fresh air.

The hotel is located in a perfect spot, situated on the bank of the canal facing the bustling town center of Giżycko. You can enjoy a leisurely walk on the decking next to the canal or take a stroll in the park close to the lake. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels provided daily. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality ingredients. The hotel staff are friendly and always ready to assist.

It would be great if the hotel could provide more information about the history of the place to enhance the overall experience for guests.

The room we stayed in at Hotel St. Bruno was spacious and well-equipped. The modern bathroom was a nice touch. We also loved the fact that the hotel is situated in a beautiful park close to the lake, providing a peaceful and picturesque setting. The swimming pool and sauna were clean and enjoyable. The hotel restaurant had a talented chef, and we were impressed with the quality of the food. Additionally, the staff were professional and friendly throughout our stay. Despite a few minor issues, overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience at Hotel St. Bruno. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, charming building, interestingly decorated rooms, nice playroom for kids, neat hotel surroundings, nice spa and swimming pool zone.
