Exceptional service and a fantastic view from the top floor. The breakfast was AMAZING, definitely opt in for it. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my grandmother feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Victoria. the location was excellent, just a short 10-minute walk to the famous old town. the staff, especially at the reception desk, were incredibly patient and helpful. We also appreciated that the hotel was open 24 hours, which was very convenient for our needs. the rooms, although small, were functional and everything we needed was provided. the housekeeping staff were also very accommodating, allowing us to take our time and not feel rushed.

I recently stayed at Hotel Victoria for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The purpose of my trip was to explore the city and attend a conference. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the city center. The double comfort room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax after a long day. The staff at the hotel were friendly and spoke English fluently, which was very helpful. One thing that really impressed me was the delicious breakfast. It was hands down the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. The variety of food options was outstanding and really set me up for the day. Lastly, I want to mention the exceptional service. We accidentally left a powerbank in our room when we checked out, and the receptionist kindly returned it to us promptly. I will definitely be returning to Hotel Victoria in the future.

The staff provided excellent service and were accommodating. The hotel is conveniently open 24 hours. Housekeeping was flexible and never rushed. The rooms, although small, were functional. There was minimal disturbance from a weekend event. the hotel exceeded expectations for a 3-star.

This hotel has great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Its location in the city center of Lublin makes it convenient for exploring the area. We recently stayed at a hotel in the city center. The location was ideal, as it was within walking distance to the famous old town and conveniently close to the city center. The staff were professional and friendly, providing us with helpful recommendations and information upon arrival. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a large shower and comfy bed. Additionally, the breakfast served was superior to any we had experienced in the city, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

That the bathroom could benefit from a quick redecoration or refreshing, as it appeared worn out. However, this minor drawback did not detract from the overall experience at the hotel.

The breakfast buffet selection was quite good with plenty of choices. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our romantic escape a bit easier. the location of the hotel was conveniently situated near key tourist landmarks. We had a decent view of the city from our room and the room was quite spacious.

Sadly, the outdated furnishings and noisy air conditioning unit disrupted our peaceful sleep. the lift was significantly small and took way too much time to get to our room.
