Incredible family-friendly facilities, including multiple pools and a beach just steps away. The all-inclusive package was a great value, with a variety of delicious food options and even a la carte dining.- The animation team was fantastic, especially Alex, who made everyone feel included and created a fun atmosphere for both kids and adults.

The reception staff could have been more friendly and helpful, which was a slight disappointment compared to the outstanding service from the rest of the staff.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Zafiro. The hotel's location near the beach made it easy for us to enjoy the sun and sand with our kids. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially towards our children. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the pools provided endless entertainment for the kids. The highlight for them was the giant bubble in the main pool. Zafiro provided a perfect family-friendly experience.

The hotel had a great selection of activities for families with children. There were multiple pools with different depths and a range of fun activities for the kids, such as a pirate ship pool and a park with a trampoline and bouncy castle. The location was also very convenient, being only a short walk away from the beach and offering beautiful views of the sea. The food was very delicious and varied, with options for all dietary needs.

While the hotel had a lot of great amenities, some of the evening entertainment events were too loud, and the sound could disturb those eating dinner or enjoying a drink in the bar. while the pools were great for kids, they weren't deep enough for adults to enjoy a proper swim.

The location of this hotel is perfect, being close to the beach and offering stunning views of the ocean. it is conveniently located near a national park, providing guests with the opportunity to explore nature.

One minor drawback is that there is a charge for using the in-room safe.

I had an amazing time at this 4-star hotel! The location was absolutely fantastic, right on the beach. I loved being able to walk out of the hotel and be just steps away from the beautiful sand and crystal-clear water. The service at this place was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, from car hire to dry cleaning services. They even had bicycle hire, which was a great way to explore the surrounding area. I felt like royalty with the quality and comfort of the rooms. The amenities were excellent, with air conditioning, a balcony, and a sitting area. I especially appreciated the in-room safe, so I didn't have to worry about my valuables.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. The location is unbeatable, right next to a fantastic beach.
