The hotel is conveniently located near the pedestrian zone and it's easy to reach the old Town Square. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with towels and cosmetics. The service is fine and the breakfast is rich and of high quality. The hotel also offers facilities like a sauna, pool, and a very nice city view.

The complimentary sweets and cookies in the lobby were a lovely touch, and the hot cocoa station warmed me up after a long day of exploring. the hotel was perfectly located near plenty of shops and restaurants, and my room had a beautiful view of the city. Plus, the bed was super comfortable, and I slept like a baby each night.

Although the overall experience was great, there were a few minor issues that detracted from the experience. the elevator card system was a bit confusing and annoying to use, and the gym equipment could have been updated.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located next to a popular shopping centre and a cinema. The room was stunning, with a separate lounge area, large bed, and a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also loved the convenience of having a bar on the 9th floor with complimentary tastings from the chef.

The wait time at the restaurant was a bit long due to understaffing, but the management team could have helped out to improve the situation.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was fantastic, as it was within walking distance of a popular shopping centre and the town square. It was also very close to the railway station. The staff were great, providing room service, car hire, and medical facilities service. The rooms were spacious and had great amenities like heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar and much more. The dining experience was fantastic, with a continental breakfast and special diet menus offered. The leisure facilities were also top-notch, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. Free wi-fi was available throughout the hotel as well.

As a family, we loved the spacious and modern rooms with a glass-fronted bathroom and a huge walk-in shower. The beds were enormous and extremely comfortable. The hotel provided special pillows as per our request, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was outstanding, offering a wide range of choices including gluten-free options and fresh juices. The secure underground parking added to our sense of safety. the hotel offered great value for money.

The breakfast at Andersia Hotel & Spa Poznan, as part of the Radisson Individuals collection, was exceptional. There was a wide variety of fresh fruits, cereals, yogurts, and even freshly made smoothies. The cooked food selection was diverse, and the breads and cakes were delicious. It truly felt like a feast.

enjoyed my stay in poznan again, but this time at radisson individuals. the hotel exceeded my expectations with their amazing facilities, spacious rooms, and delicious breakfast. the friendly staff made my experience even better. will definitely stay here again!

Inconvenient parking payment process.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent - one of the best I've had with endless options of hot and cold dishes of great quality. The location is also very convenient, with a 15-minute walk to the town square and the train station. Plus, there's a shopping mall right across the road. I really enjoyed the spa facilities, and my room was very clean with nice views from the higher floors. The shower was simply amazing.
