As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed the very friendly and professional staff at the hotel. They were always courteous and went out of their way to assist me. The hotel's location in Kazamiercz was excellent, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. It was about a 1-mile walk to both the Main Square in Krakow and Wawel Castle. The hotel also provided public transportation options, although I didn't use them.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the Jewish quarter and Podgorze area, with the Old Town also within walking distance. The hotel offered convenient tours that could be easily booked, and the airport transport arranged by the hotel was a nice touch. The onsite bar and restaurant served delicious food and cocktails. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The best part of our stay was the incredibly comfortable bed. It was like sleeping on a cloud and made our romantic escape even more enjoyable. the breakfast offered at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit everyone's tastes. We loved starting our day with a delicious meal. Another great aspect was the location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated near key areas of the city, making it easy for us to explore and experience everything Krakow had to offer.

The worst part of our stay was the lack of parking options. It would have been much more convenient if parking was included in the overall price of the hotel or if they offered a more reasonable rate.

I loved the stylish bathroom and the option to change the color of the mood lamps in my room. the bed was super comfortable and the power shower was fantastic. I also appreciated that they provided fair trade shower gel. Witold, the staff member, was particularly helpful in giving directions and organizing my taxi to the airport. I will definitely choose this hotel when I visit again.

We also appreciated the convenience of a nearby public transport stop and an ATM inside the hotel.

We found the extra charge for breakfast to be a bit expensive on top of the room rate. However, this did not affect our overall experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
