Loved snacking by the Rhine, beautiful interiors that reminded me of grandma's living room, free internet for my tech addiction, and the convenience of having a tour desk. Nature park and parking just minutes away, what more could I ask for?

We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in Koblenz. The communication from start to finish was exceptional, ensuring a seamless experience. The location was perfect, right on the cycle path and with easy access to the town. Despite the rainy weather, the hotel allowed us to check in early and even provided a secure bike garage. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The highlight was the warm and welcoming night staff and the friendly breakfast staff. The hotel's beautiful old building, bar, and breakfast area added to the overall ambiance. The breakfast was delicious with a good continental selection. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great Easter weekend! The staff was very nice and attentive. The breakfast and dinner offered were delicious and presented beautifully. The location was perfect, with nearby attractions and a beautiful view. The room was spacious and clean.

We wish the beds were more comfortable and there was better soundproofing to block out outside noise. the Wi-Fi signal was weak in some areas of the hotel, making it difficult to stay connected.

We had a fantastic stay at the Kleiner Riesen! The hotel offers stunning views of the Rhein River right across the road. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance, and the parking for our car was convenient. The room was spacious and the bathroom was large with a great shower. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed a lovely, light dinner in the restaurant. we highly recommend the Kleiner Riesen for a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The hotel's location directly on the Rhine was perfect, within walking distance of all the sights. It was great to have beer gardens close by. The service provided by the staff was excellent. They were friendly and attentive to our needs. The basic amenities in the rooms, such as the refrigerator, were a nice touch. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, especially the smoked salmon and tasty bread. The view from our room, on the 3rd floor, was superb. We had a lovely view of the river.

The only improvement we could suggest is to have air conditioning available, especially during hot weather.
