The hotel is conveniently located in the Oyster Bay area, close to several good restaurants. From the moment we arrived, we experienced excellent service throughout our stay, from the reception to housekeeping to the restaurant. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a TV with a variety of channels. The bathroom had strong water pressure and ample hot water, with daily amenities provided. The breakfast offered a great selection of food, and the gym was top-notch, with a variety of machines and even squash courts.

Some guests mentioned that the restaurant menu is presented only through QR codes, which might not be convenient for those who prefer traditional printed menus.

The warm and clean pool was amazing; spent most of my thanksgiving floating around it. The gym was also top-notch; all the latest equipment and spaciousness you could wish for. The breakfast spread was hearty and filled me up for most of the day. Plus, the free on-the-house cocktail on my first night was a welcome surprise.

The rooms were a bit worn-down and could have been cleaner; I noticed that the sheets and towels could have been replaced.
